a good stay, but..

leisure activities lovely furnishings power shower
location worked well. i liked leisure activities on site. the power shower was much appreciated, and the furnishings were lovely. decor inside the accommodation met expectations, it was fine. the site is close to newquay beach.
the lodge smelled like dog urine. the rug had urine patches. i spent over an hour mopping and disinfecting. it was not clean.

Excellent stay with modern amenities

professional conduct clean pool well maintained hotel beautiful location
The staff showed professional conduct and were always approachable. I found the indoor pool very clean and well-monitored (kids loved it!). The location is beautiful, and the hotel appears well-kept. I will return for rest and relaxation.
The lighting outside was quite dim, making it difficult to see when going to the hot tub in the dark.

lodge living at its best!

clean lodge spacious lodge welcome pack lovely views
the 2 bed lodge was fantastic it was super clean and very spacious. the decking area was lovely with amazing views. my dog even got a welcome pack with a fleece, bowl, and toy. plus, there were complimentary tea towels, washing up supplies, and dishwasher tabs. i loved this place!
The heated pool was a bit colder than i expected. I only managed about 10 minutes before getting too chilly, though it didn't ruin the holiday.

Our lodge had ample features in the kitchen. It included a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer. bedrooms were all clean with beds really comfy too. I slept so well. bath gowns and clean towels were provided which was a lovely extra.
